We provide cloud native media services under one contract

If a customer already uses AWS and has a designed infrastructure but doesn’t have the internal resources to build it, we can do that for them. We can go into their system, build the design, and manage that on an ongoing basis. If a customer who doesn’t have a relationship with AWS approaches us, we carry out a consultation to understand their challenges and what they want, design everything, and then execute to solve their pain points. Everything that is built is carried out under ISO27001 compliance, and again, we manage the infrastructure on an ongoing basis. Our customers can lean on our expertise as we guide them to transition to cloud native workflows. We remove the pain of designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure, automating workflows, managing petabytes of data, and integrating with other software. Customers want this level of support and guidance because they lack the in-house expertise, media engineering, cloud security, and DevOps teams. It’s easier to outsource this to one managed service provider who can handle the daunting task of optimizing online media workflows than to employ a new team.
