Multi-award-winning managed hosted solutions provider base is seeking a technically capable Enterprise Sales Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking to advance their career in the high-growth cloud and Software-as-a-Service market. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our fast-growing company in a hands-on technical sales role. You will be responsible for driving Enterprise sales and business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, acting as a trusted advisor to companies with a consultative sales approach.

Role Responsibilities

  •  Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and
    other lead-generation activities focusing on Enterprise clients.
  • Handle inbound leads from partners, referrals, and marketing activities – from initial sales qualification to contract close.
  • Qualify new business opportunities by conducting thorough requirements analysis and technical demonstrations of the base hosted solutions platform.
  • Hunt net new customer acquisition by conducting cold calls, seeking out projects, and responding to RFPs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including partnerships, customer success, marketing, professional services, engineering, and product development to develop and
    execute sales strategies that deliver against the company’s revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential customers, SaaS product partners, and key decision makers, from end users to senior management representatives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures, ensuring that agreements benefit both the client and the company.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven success in B2B enterprise sales working in the media industry, with a technical mindset, demonstrable business development and sales skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strategic thinker with an understanding of both short-term gain and long-term potential.
  • Deep knowledge of the media industry and current technology trends, including cloud and SaaS.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • An outgoing people person with a confident and friendly presentation capability
